Client Service Manager

DataCore is seeking an individual with experience in client/account service to join the exciting industry of mail marketing services as a key member of our small, closely-knit team of professionals.

The Client Service Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing direct mail programs for assigned DataCore clients and for helping to build positive client relationships.

Duties include:

  • Planning, implementing, and overseeing direct mail projects to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This involves coordination of information and instructions for creative, printing, data processing, personalization, inserting services, shipping & logistics, postal and postage requirements/regulations, and tracking & reporting.
  • Communicating clearly and accurately on a timely and proactive basis with both client contacts and internal team members.
  • Providing information, expertise, and guidance to clients.
  • Preparation of client billing information and ensuring timely invoicing. Managing any client billing inquiries or issues.

The successful candidate will have previous client service or related experience. Project management skills are also an asset.  You are someone who displays good common sense, is detail oriented, is a great supporter, has a track record of finishing what you start, and are looking to take on the responsibility of being a first point of contact for DataCore clients.

You have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, balancing changing client and company needs, and cope well with fast-paced environments and client demands. You must have proficiency in MS Office, with special emphasis on Excel. You are good with numbers. Experience working with a project management application/software is an asset.

Experience or knowledge of marketing, customer communications and customer data would be ideal.
