Manager, Service & Technology
After spending several years in production and almost 10 years in customer service, Gail feels that she practically grew up with DataCore – and thinks of the company as her second family! During this time, Gail has learned about every aspect of the business, from budgeting and planning, to executing projects and mailing. She draws upon all of her experience and technical know-how in her new position as Manager, Service & Technology, and in her role as Privacy Officer where she works continually to improve and augment DataCore’s privacy protocols to safeguard client data, as well as maintain the high standards our clients can expect from our service team.
Gail believes that one of DataCore’s key competitive advantages is that we provide a personal, customized service to our clients. Her key goals are improving efficiencies and providing extensive support for our service team so they can continue to provide the best service to our clients.
